MGK, Wiz Khalifa to Perform at Annual MGK Day Event in Cleveland

MGK Day will return to Cleveland this August with MGK and Wiz Khalifa set to headline the annual hometown celebration.

The two-day event will take place August 7 to 8 and will feature live music, a skateboarding competition, local vendors, and community activities. The celebration is organized around MGK’s connection to Cleveland and his impact on the city where he grew up.

The event will begin Friday, August 7, with the Red Bull Best Trick Contest at Crooked River Skatepark. The following day, activities will move to North Coast Yard, where tailgating will begin at noon.

The main stage performances are scheduled to start at 6 p.m. MGK and Wiz Khalifa will headline the evening lineup, performing before a fireworks display closes out the event.

The announcement comes after MGK and Wiz Khalifa recently teamed up for the “lost americana North American Tour.” The tour featured sold-out shows at venues across North America.
