About Your Seats exists for one reason: ticket buying is confusing, expensive, and stacked against you. Presale codes leak. Dynamic pricing moves the goalposts. Scalpers clone emails. Fees add up to half your bill.

We're a small team of people who buy a lot of live event tickets and got tired of watching friends get burned. Every guide on this site is something we've tested ourselves or learned the hard way. The advice isn't flashy — it's the kind of stuff a friend would tell you over a beer.

How we make money

When you click a ticket link on this site and buy a ticket from Ticketmaster, we earn a small commission. It doesn't change your price one cent. If we think a link is a bad deal, we tell you — even when the link still pays us. Trust is the only thing worth anything in this business.

What we won't do

• Push you toward a resale site with inflated prices.
• Run shady email blasts about "last chance" tickets that aren't.
• Pretend to be insiders when we're not.
• Recommend ticket insurance we wouldn't buy ourselves.
