Katie Mae Miller and Chelsea Cloud Join AEG Presents Marketing Leadership

AEG Presents has expanded its Marketing division with the addition of two senior executives, naming Katie Mae Miller as Vice President, Integrated Marketing, AEG Regions, and Chelsea Cloud as Vice President, Integrated Marketing, Goldenvoice. 

Both executives will report directly to Victoria Torchia, Senior Vice President of Marketing & Digital Strategy at AEG Presents, as the company continues to expand its global marketing strategy across live entertainment properties and regional markets.

“Katie Mae and Chelsea are both highly respected marketing leaders with a deep understanding of how to connect artists, brands, and fans in meaningful ways,” said Torchia. “Their experience and perspective will be instrumental as we continue to evolve our integrated marketing capabilities and support the growth of our global business.”

Miller, who is based in Atlanta, joins her new role after serving as Senior Director of Integrated Marketing at Zero Mile, a subsidiary of AEG Presents. Her promotion places her in charge of strengthening the company’s regional marketing operations across North America, with a focus on talent development, operational efficiency, and the expansion of data-informed marketing strategies.

According to the announcement, Miller “will be responsible for elevating the company’s regional marketing performance across North America, focusing on developing top-tier marketing talent, strengthening operational excellence, and championing innovative, data-driven strategies that enhance fan engagement and drive ticket sales.”

She brings more than ten years of senior-level marketing experience, with a background spanning live event promotion, regional campaign development, and scalable marketing systems.

Miller said she is eager to continue building on the company’s existing foundation. “I’m incredibly excited to keep building on what makes this work so special – bringing artists, brands, and fans together in meaningful ways,” she said. “We have an incredible team in the regional offices, and I’m genuinely excited about what we’re creating and where we can take it next.”

Cloud, who will be based in Los Angeles, joins Goldenvoice from Universal Music Group, where she most recently served as Vice President of Global Brand Partnerships. In her new position, she will oversee integrated marketing and brand strategy efforts designed to increase ticket sales, boost revenue, and deepen audience engagement across Goldenvoice’s portfolio of live events and venues.

Her nearly 20-year career in the music industry includes extensive experience leading high-profile collaborations between artists and global brands. During her tenure at UMG, Cloud contributed to campaigns that combined cultural influence with commercial reach, including Ludacris x Android, Jon Batiste x Lincoln Motors, Rolling Stones x Keurig, American Airlines’ “Fly to the Beat” featuring Juanes, and American Eagle Outfitters’ “AE x ME” campaign, which featured Lewis Capaldi, Bea Miller, Bibi Bourelly, Jade Bird, and Trinidad Cardona.

“Joining Goldenvoice feels like a natural evolution of my career and a meaningful return to my roots in Los Angeles,” Cloud said.
