Live Nation Backs UK Promoter Louder in New Investment Deal

Live Nation has made a new investment in Louder, the UK-based independent promoter behind a growing slate of club nights, electronic music events, live performances and outdoor shows.

The agreement gives Louder additional resources as the company prepares for its next stage of development in the UK live entertainment market. While the investment brings the promoter closer to one of the world’s largest live event companies, Louder is expected to continue operating with its current team and maintain the creative identity that has defined its work.

Founded around a year-round events model, Louder has developed a portfolio that spans club culture, dance music and contemporary live music. Its programming includes both indoor events and a smaller group of established outdoor shows, giving the company a presence across several parts of the UK music scene.

Among its best-known properties is On The Beach, the Brighton concert series that places major artists in a seaside setting. This year’s lineup includes sold-out shows from Fatboy Slim, Moby and Madness, underscoring the brand’s appeal with audiences seeking destination-style outdoor music experiences.

The new backing is designed to help Louder expand on that momentum. The promoter plans to use the support to invest in its staff, strengthen its operations and continue developing events for fans, artists and commercial partners throughout the UK.

For Live Nation, the investment adds another independent-led events business to its wider UK activity. The company pointed to Louder’s established position in club and live music programming as a key factor behind the deal.

“Louder has built a strong reputation through a distinctive mix of club culture, contemporary live music and outdoor shows,” a Live Nation spokesperson said. “This investment complements our existing business well, in a space where Louder has real expertise and a clear identity.”

Louder said the partnership will provide new support without altering the character of the company. The promoter emphasized that it will remain focused on the events and audiences that helped build its reputation, particularly within the electronic dance music space.

“This investment gives us added support as we move into our next chapter, while staying true to who we are,” a Louder spokesperson said.

“We’ll continue to operate with the same team and creative identity, with extra backing to help us grow and keep delivering the electronic dance music events we’re known for.”
