Jay-Z has announced two special concerts at Yankee Stadium to celebrate milestone anniversaries of his albums Reasonable Doubt and The Blueprint.
The first concert on July 10 will mark 30 years since the release of Reasonable Doubt, the rapper’s debut studio album, which arrived in 1996. The following night, July 11, will be dedicated to the 25th anniversary of The Blueprint, originally released in 2001.
The shows come as Jay-Z gradually returns to live performances after several years of limited appearances. He is scheduled to headline the Roots Picnic alongside The Roots. The two acts will perform together on Saturday, May 30, closing out the first day of the Philadelphia festival.
