ROSALÍA Cancels Florida Concerts Last-Minute Amid Family Emergency

Pop star ROSALÍA called-off three gigs in Florida on her LUX Tour.

The first shows were set to take place at Miami’s Kaseya Center on Thursday and Saturday, however, shortly before the show began last week, the venue took to social media to announce the gigs were cancelled.

“Due to a family emergency, ROSALÍA has to postpone her upcoming shows in Miami on June 4 & 6,” the statement read. “She is sorry to disappoint her fans, but the circumstances have left her with no other choice.”

On Monday, Live Nation shared that the pop singer’s show in Orlando on Monday has also been called-off.

“As the tour explores rescheduling, please hold onto your ticket,” the promoter said. “We will provide more information soon. Thank you for your patience.”

The Florida concerts were slated to kick-off the U.S. leg of ROSALÍA‘s tour. She is set to appear next at Boston’s TD Garden on June 11, followed by gigs in Toronto, New York City, Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and San Diego. From there, the tour will head to Latin America.
